We have updated our Data Processing Agreement to provide additional clarity for customers on audit rights and sub-processor change notifications.The updated DPA now includes:

• a clearer documentation-first process for audit and compliance information requests;
• safeguards for any customer audit request, including confidentiality, security, scope, notice, and non-disruption requirements;
• a clearer process for notifying customers of intended additions or replacements of sub-processors; and
• an opportunity for customers to object to sub-processor changes on reasonable data protection grounds.
