We are glad to announce a new enhancement that streamlines your experience with our platform. You can now easily edit the name of any existing service directly from the services list within StatusCake Pages.

Key Highlights:

  • Convenient Editing: Quickly update service names without navigating away from the services list, saving you time and effort.
  • Improved Usability: This feature is designed to enhance your workflow, allowing for more intuitive management of your services.
  • Instant Updates: Changes are saved immediately, ensuring that your updates are reflected in real time.

This enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to improve user experience and provide you with the tools you need to manage your services effectively. We hope you enjoy this new capability!

Improved Alert Handling: When an uptime test is paused, all queued Down alerts related to active downtimes will now be halted. This enhancement ensures that users are not inundated with unnecessary notifications during periods of maintenance or testing. Alerts that were already in transit at the moment of pausing the test may still be received.

Repeat Alert Chain Termination: If repeating alerts are configured within the contact group for the paused uptime test, the repeat alert chain will now automatically end. This change allows for more precise control over alerting, preventing confusion and ensuring that users only receive alerts that are relevant and timely.

These updates are designed to streamline your monitoring experience and enhance the overall efficiency of your alert management. Thank you for your continued feedback and support!
